About us

We review the clinic, not just the price tag

Weight Loss Clinic Compare exists because choosing an online weight-loss clinic in the UK has become a strange kind of shopping: two dozen regulated providers, all dispensing the same licensed pens, all promising care — and almost nothing to tell you what being their patient actually feels like.

Why service-first?

Price comparison matters, and our tables carry every clinic's published Mounjaro prices. But a pen is a pen; the clinic is the variable. One provider books you a video review with a clinician every month. Another answers messages within hours. A third posts your first order and is never heard from again. Over a treatment that typically runs for many months — with dose changes, side-effect wobbles and a maintenance conversation at the end — the service around the medicine shapes your experience far more than a £15 price difference does.

The five lenses we use

Every clinic on our comparison is looked at through the same five questions:

Where the information comes from

Prices, delivery terms, consultation details and discount codes come from each clinic's own published pages, re-checked on the date shown beneath every table (currently 4 July 2026). We only list providers whose GPhC or CQC registration we can verify, and we will never list unregulated sellers or so-called "compounded" alternatives — those we only ever mention to warn you away from them. When a clinic's terms are ambiguous, we say so rather than guess.

The rules we won't break

The comparison table is always sorted by ongoing price — no clinic can pay to move up it. Our recommended clinic is an editorial choice, flagged with a star wherever it appears, and its row shows its real prices like everyone else's. And we're editorially independent: coverage decisions are made by our editorial team, not by any provider's marketing budget.

What we are not

We are not a pharmacy and not a clinic. We don't sell, supply, prescribe or dispense medicines, and nothing we publish is medical advice. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) are prescription-only medicines with real side effects, and whether they're appropriate for you is a decision for a qualified prescriber. If you're weighing up treatment, your GP or pharmacist is the right first conversation.

Spotted something off?

Clinics change prices and policies constantly, and we'd rather fix an error today than defend it tomorrow. If a figure or service detail looks stale, tell us and we'll re-check it against the clinic's site. You can also start with the full comparison table or our 2026 clinic review.
