Talk to the review desk
One inbox, read by people who actually maintain the tables: hello@weightlosscliniccompare.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days, and price corrections jump the queue.
What we love to receive
- Price and policy corrections. If a clinic has moved its price, changed a delivery charge or quietly rewritten a refund policy, tell us — include a link to the page you saw and we'll re-verify against it, usually the same day.
- Your service experiences. How long did the consultation take? Did the monthly check-in actually happen? First-hand accounts (good and bad) help us ask clinics sharper questions. We never publish anything identifying without your say-so.
- Clinics we should look at. We list GPhC-registered pharmacies and CQC-regulated clinics with published prices. If yours qualifies and we've missed it, send the registration details and we'll assess it on the same five service lenses as everyone else.
- Press and partnership enquiries. Same address — mark the subject line "Press". Note that no commercial arrangement can change the table order; it's always sorted by price.
What we can't help with
We're reviewers, not clinicians. We can't tell you whether a weight-loss medicine is right for you, adjust a dose, or comment on symptoms — those conversations belong with your GP, your pharmacist, or the prescriber at your clinic. If you think you're experiencing a side effect, contact your prescriber or NHS 111, and report it through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. If it feels like an emergency, it's 999, not email.
A note on order problems
If your delivery hasn't arrived or a payment looks wrong, the clinic you ordered from is the right place to start — we don't hold your order details and can't intervene on a clinic's behalf. That said, do copy us in on how the complaint was handled: how a clinic behaves when something goes wrong is precisely the kind of service signal our comparison exists to capture.
